Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients. Responsibilities include assisting in implementing treatment plans, educating patients on exercises, documenting patient progress, and maintaining a clean and organized therapy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist physical therapists in delivering treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
– Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed.
– Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
– Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safety protocols.
– Maintain treatment area cleanliness and organization.
– Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Qualifications:
– Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
– Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Florida.
– CPR certification preferred.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
