This program is open to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Employees of our customers may require the permission of their employer to avoid any conflicts, actual or implied. All consequences from your failure to obtain approval from your employer are at your own risk. This program is subject to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. Payment for your referral(s) is contingent upon acceptance and compliance with these rules and all other requirements set forth herein.
