Pharmacist in Charge- FL based- Job Summary
Our client is currently seeking a PIC to join their organization. This is a Specialty Niche Pharmacy serving the community. The chosen candidate will be responsible for taking on a leadership role to lead, guide and develop the pharmacy employees. You will oversee all the techs and pharmacists

Pharmacist in Charge – Responsibilities
Lead day to day operations with the GM, adjust workflow and supervise staff
Maintain budget stability and growth objectives
Direct employees and provide excellent customer service
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks to Senior team in a timely manner
Develop action plans to insure company goals are met

Pharmacist in Charge – Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Pharm D in Pharmacy,
Client requires LTC pharmacy management experience.
3 to 5 years experience in pharmacy operations management
Strong communication and people skills
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
