Director of Nursing – Surgical Services | Premier Women’s Hospital | Southwest Region

  • An exceptional opportunity awaits an accomplished perioperative nursing leader to join a prestigious women’s hospital in a vibrant Southwest metropolitan area known for its stunning mountain views, 310+ days of sunshine, rich cultural heritage, and thriving arts scene. The Opportunity:

  • Lead one of the region’s most advanced surgical programs, featuring the state’s first and only accredited robotic surgery program recognized as a Center of Excellence by the Surgical Review Corporation.
  • You’ll oversee a high-performing team managing 600+ surgical cases monthly across seven state-of-the-art ORs and two GI procedure suites. 

Your Impact:

  • Direct comprehensive perioperative services including OR, GI, PACU, Pre-op, and Pre-admission Testing
  • Lead approximately 100 clinical and support professionals in a collaborative leadership structure
  • Drive excellence across three da Vinci XI robotic systems with nationally recognized proctoring surgeons
  • Partner directly with the Chief Nursing Officer to advance clinical quality and operational efficiency
  • Champion innovative surgical programs across GYN, urogynecology, urology, orthopedics, and general surgery

Ideal Candidate:

  • BSN required, MSN preferred
  • 5+ years OR leadership experience, preferably with robotics program management
  • Current RN license (or eligibility) in the state of practice
  • Proven success leading high-volume surgical environments
  • Strong physician collaboration and change management skills
